Report Content Management Boardof the issuer VIGO Photonics S.A. with its registered office in OżarówMazowiecki (hereinafter referred to as the _quot;Issuer_quot;) informs that todaythe Supervisory Board, pursuant to Art. 382 § 3 point 2 of theCommercial Companies Code and § 21 section 2 point 3 of the Issuer'sArticles of Association, positively assessed the recommendation andmotion of the Management Board to cover the Issuer's net loss for thefinancial year 2023 covering the period from January 1, 2023 to December31, 2023 in the amount of PLN 1,942,661.97 (one million nine hundredforty-two thousand six hundred sixty one zloty 97/100) entirely from theCompany's supplementary capital, and the unsettled profit for thefinancial year 2021 and 2022 due to the correction of errors in previousyears in the amount of PLN 511,809.05 (five hundred eleven thousandeight hundred nine zlotys 05/100) should be allocated to the Company'ssupplementary capital, and regarding non-payment of dividend fromprofits achieved by the Issuer in previous years and allocated to theIssuer's supplementary capital by resolutions of the General Meeting.

In the opinion ofthe Supervisory Board, the recommendations and motions of the ManagementBoard are consistent with the provisions of law, the Company's Strategyand the objectives of its operation.
