Item 8.01 Other Events.

On January 23, 2023, Viewbix Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Gix Media Ltd., the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, increased its holdings in Cortex Media Group to 80% following a second acquisition of its share capital.

A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
