NOTICE OF AGM

The Company announced on 29 April 2025 that it will hold its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") at 12:00pm (UK time) on 18 June 2025 at The Stationers' Hall, Ave Maria Lane, London EC4M 7DD, United Kingdom .

The AGM will be conducted by the VEIL Chair, Sarah Arkle.  Following the AGM, Dominic Scriven, Chairman of Dragon Capital Group, and Tuan Le, Lead Portfolio Manager, will each present on the Company's latest developments and the market in Vietnam.  The presentations will be followed by a Vietnamese buffet lunch at 01:15 pm.

Both existing shareholders of the Company and those interested in understanding more about the Company are invited to attend the AGM and subsequent presentations. Shareholders who wish to watch the proceeding of the AGM and/or subsequent presentation online may do so via the Investor Meet Company ("IMC") platform. To watch online, please register with IMC at:

Shareholders may submit questions for the Board of Directors to consider ahead of the AGM via the IMC platform until 09:00 am (UK time) on 18 June 2025, or during the AGM itself.
