Notice of FY24 Results; Debt financing update

Videndum plc (the " Company " ) will announce its audited results for the financial year ended 31 December 2024 ( " FY24 Results " ) on 30 April 2025.

The FY24 Results are expected to be in line with the 16 December 2024 Trading Update guidance. The Company will host an audio webcast and Q&A for Analysts and Investors, starting at 09:00am UK time on the day.

As previously announced, the Company expects to reset all future covenants under the Revolving Credit Facility with discussions progressing positively with the lending banks ahead of 30 April 2025. In parallel, the Company is progressing work towards the refinancing of the facility, which is set to expire in August 2026.
