Annual Report and Accounts 2023 and Notice of 2024 Annual General Meeting

Videndum plc announces that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts 2023. The following documents have been mailed today, Wednesday, 8 May 2024, to those shareholders who have elected to receive paper copies:   

·      Annual Report and Accounts 2023

·      Notice of the 2024 Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

·      Proxy Form

The Annual Report and Accounts 2023 and the 2024 Notice of AGM are also available to view and download on the Videndum website at www.videndum.com .

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 copies of the above documents will be submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection from the National Storage Mechanism.

The Company's AGM will be held at 9.00am on Wednesday, 19 June 2024 at 116 Pall Mall, London, SW1Y 5ED.
