Update on timing of 2023 Full Year Results

Further to the announcement on 13 March 2024, Videndum plc's ("the Company's") audited results for the year ended 31 December 2023 ("FY 2023 results") will be released during the week commencing 22 April 2024. The date of publication that week will be announced in due course.

The timing of the publication of the FY 2023 results has been requested by Deloitte LLP ("Deloitte"), the Company's auditor, to allow the requisite time to finalise the processes relating to the audit. Deloitte has reassured the Videndum plc Board that they expect the audit and the processes to be completed before Friday 26 April 2024.
