The Vitec Group plc ("the Company") announces that on 26 September 2019 the following grant of options over ordinary shares of 20 pence each was made under The Vitec Group's 2011 UK Sharesave Scheme to an Executive Director. Due to an administrative oversight this was not announced at the time of grant.
