In conformity with rule 5.6.1R of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DGTRs"), The Vitec Group plc ("Vitec" or "the Company") is required to notify the market of the following:

As at 30 November 2021, Vitec's issued capital was 46,373,375 ordinary shares of 20 pence each, of which 133,600 ordinary shares of 20 pence are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of shares with voting rights in the Company is 46,239,775 ordinary shares of 20 pence, each share carrying one vote.  

The above figure of 46,239,775 may be used by shareholders to determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in Vitec under the DGTRs.
