Block Listing

Application has been made by the Company to the Financial Conduct Authority and The London Stock Exchange for a block listing totaling 120,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each to be admitted to The Official List and to trading on the premium segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.

The block listing consists of 120,000 ordinary shares of 1p each which will be available to satisfy the future exercises of options over ordinary shares under the Company's 2015 Sharesave Plan and Victrex plc 2015 Executive Share Option Plan.   These shares, when issued, will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares under the Victrex plc 2015 Sharesave Plan and Victrex plc 2015 Executive Share Option Plan.

It is expected that admission will become effective at 8am on 17 July 2023.
