Grant of Options under the rules of the Victrex plc 2015 UK Sharesave Plan

Notification of transactions by directors/persons discharging managerial responsibilities

The Company announces the following transaction by a PDMR in the Company's ordinary 1p shares ("Shares"):

Pursuant to invitations issued on 13 January 2021 to all eligible UK employees, options over an aggregate of 89,000 Shares were granted on 10 February 2021 under the Company's UK SAYE Scheme (the "Scheme"). The Scheme is an all-employee scheme which gives the opportunity to eligible UK employees to acquire Shares at a discount of 20% of the market value of the Shares at the time the invitation was issued.
