Grant of Options under the rules of the Victrex plc 2015 UK Sharesave Plan

Notification of transactions by directors/persons discharging managerial responsibilities

Victrex plc (the "Company") announces that on 8 February 2018 the Company granted options ("Options") over 56,840 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the Victrex plc 2015 UK Sharesave Plan.

The Options have a contract start date of 1 April 2018 and are exercisable between 1 April 2021 and 31 September 2021. The exercise price, which was set in accordance with HM Revenue & Customs rules for sharesave plans, is £21.64 pence per Ordinary Share.  The allocation of share options was made available to UK employees with at least three months' service to the Group (including the Executive Directors and PDMRs) and amounts to 0.06% of the Company's current issued share capital.  The exercise of options on maturity is not dependent upon performance criteria.

Of the options described above the following were granted to the Company's Executive Directors and PDMRs as follows:
