Victrex plc - Director Declaration

Victrex plc, an innovative world leader in high performance polymer solutions, today announces it has been notified that Janet Ashdown, Non-executive Director of Victrex, has been appointed to the Board of Stolt-Nielsen Norway AS, an International shipping company specialising in Chemicals movements, as a Non-executive Director.  The appointment is effective from 15 April 2021.

Janet has been a Non-executive director of Victrex since 9 February 2018.
