Victrex plc - Director declaration

Victrex plc, an innovative world leader in high performance polymer solutions, today announces it has been notified by NWF Group plc that Richard Armitage, Chief Financial Officer of Victrex, will join the Board of NWF Group plc as a non-executive director effective from 1 July 2020 and as Chair of the Audit Committee from 24th September 2020. 

NWF Group plc is a specialist distributor of fuel, feed and food across the UK.

Richard's responsibilities at Victrex remain unchanged.  Prior to joining Victrex in April 2018, Richard was Group Finance Director of Samworth Brothers, a UK based branded and own-label food manufacturer. He also held senior financial roles at McBride plc, Premier Foods plc's Grocery and Chilled Divisions, and at Courtaulds, ICI and Boots plc. Richard trained through the Courtaulds and ICI Management Development programmes.
