Victrex plc - Director Declaration

Victrex plc ("the Company"), an innovative world leader in high performance polymer solutions, has been notified that Louisa Burdett, Group Finance Director of the Company, will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Electrocomponents plc, effective from 1 February 2017.  She will also be a member of the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees. 

After a period of transition, it is anticipated that Louisa will take over as Chair of the Audit Committee for Electrocomponents plc.

This announcement is made pursuant to paragraph 9.6.14 R of the Listing Rules.
