Victrex plc ("the Company")

Director Declaration

The Company has been notified that Mr Lawrence (Larry) Pentz, non-executive Chairman of Victrex plc, will be appointed Non-Executive Chairman-Designate of the Board of Directors of Scapa Group plc, with effect from 3 January 2017 and will be appointed Non-Executive Chairman with effect from 31 March 2017.

With effect from 31 March 2017, Mr Pentz will become Chairman of the Nominations Committee and a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and Remuneration Committee of Scapa Group plc.

This announcement is made pursuant to paragraph 9.6.14 R of the Listing Rules.
