Victrex plc: Chairman succession

Victrex plc, an innovative world leader in high performance polymer solutions, confirms that, further to its announcement of 20 May 2014, Lawrence (Larry) Pentz, currently a Non-Executive Director of the Company, will today step up to become Chairman of the Board. Larry replaces Anita Frew, who retires as Chairman after serving for 14 years on the Board, 6 as Chairman.

Larry was appointed to the Victrex Board in 2008 and will become Chair of the Nominations Committee.
