Significant gain on sale of surplus land in Kidderminster

Victoria PLC (LSE: VCP) the international designers, manufacturers and distributors of innovative floorcoverings, is pleased to announce that, following change of planning consent to housing, the Company has sold its former sports ground in Kidderminster that had remained unutilised for more than 20 years.

The site, located a mile from Victoria's Head Office in Kidderminster, had a net book value of £100,000. The site was sold on 6 February 2019 with planning permission for housing for £2,000,000.
