Posting of Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of AGM

Victoria PLC (LSE: VCP) the international designers, manufacturers and distributors of innovative floorcoverings, announces that it is today posting to Shareholders the Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2018 as well as a notice of the Annual General Meeting ('AGM') and Form of Proxy. The AGM is to be held at the office of Brown Rudnick LLP, 8 Clifford Street, London, W1S 2LQ at 2.00pm on 10 September 2018.

A copy of the Annual Report & Accounts, the notice of AGM and Form of Proxy will be available from today on the Company's website at www.victoriaplc.com.
