Victoria PLC (LSE: VCP) the international designers, manufacturers and distributors of innovative floorcoverings, announces that it is today posting to Shareholders the Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 1 April 2017 as well as a notice of the Annual General Meeting ('AGM') and Form of Proxy. The AGM is to be held at the office of Brown Rudnick LLP, 8 Clifford Street, London, W1S 2LQ at 10.00am on 31 August 2017.
