Update on Acquisition Strategy

The Board of Victoria PLC (the "Company") (LSE: VCP) the international designers, manufacturers and distributors of innovative floorcoverings, advises that discussions with the shareholders of Lano Carpets regarding the potential acquisition of the business have ceased. 

Victoria remains focussed on its strategy of pursuing acquisition opportunities that will create shareholder wealth. Discussions are already underway with suitable businesses both within the UK and overseas.
