Victoria PLC (LSE: VCP), the international designers, manufacturers and distributors of innovative flooring , announces that it has today posted the Annual Report & Accounts for the financial year ended 30 March 2024 as well as a notice of the Annual General Meeting ('AGM'). The AGM will be held at the Company's registered office at Worcester Six Business Park, Worcester, WR4 0AE on 25 July 2024 at 2.00 p.m.
