Share Purchases by Chief Executive

Victoria PLC, (LSE: VCP) the international designers, manufacturers and distributors of innovative flooring announces that on Friday 10 June 2022, Philippe Hamers, Chief Executive, purchased a total of 4,064 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a weighted average price of 468 pence per share, for a total consideration of £19,015.46.

Following these purchases, Mr Hamers is beneficially interested in 221,781 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.19 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
