Operational Management Buy More Than 300,000 Shares

The Board of Victoria PLC (LSE: VCP), the international designer, manufacturer and distributor of innovative flooring, is delighted to note that members of its operational management team have bought 323,000 shares in the Company.

Geoff Wilding, Victoria's Executive Chairman said,

Our operational management have continued to successfully manage inflationary pressures and, together with their visibility of resilient demand from our customers, clearly remain confident in their ability to create wealth for shareholders.

Including today's purchases, our operational management (excluding board directors) now own approximately 4 million shares in the Company, reflecting their commitment to Victoria."
