The Company has been notified that Alexander Anton, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has become beneficially interested in 418,650 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as both a trustee and potential beneficiary of the CGF Anton Nil Rate Band Legacy Fund.

In addition, The Alexander and Susan Anton Children's Trust, a trust that Alexander Anton was a trustee of, has now been dissolved and as such Alexander no longer has an associated non-beneficial interest of 300,000 Ordinary Shares in this trust. He has also ceased to be interested in 15,000 Ordinary Shares, which are now held by his daughter having reached the age of 18.
