The Board of Victoria PLC (LSE: VCP) the international designers, manufacturers and distributors of innovative floorcoverings, announces that it has been informed that Michael Scott, Group Finance Director, today purchased 4,250 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 1,160p per share.

Following this purchase, Mr Scott has a total beneficial interest in 4,250 ordinary shares being 0.02% of the issued share capital.
