Transfer of Shares

Victoria PLC, (LSE: VCP) a manufacturer, supplier and distributor of design-led carpets and floorcoverings, announces that it has been notified that on 11 December 2015, Alexander Anton, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, transferred 15,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") into the Fraser Trust Directors Pension Scheme with Brown Brothers Harriman.

Alexander Anton's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 98,075 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.54 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
