Victoria PLC, (LSE: VCP) the international designers, manufacturers and distributors of floorcoverings, announces that it has been informed that Andrew Harrison, non-executive director, purchased 1,956 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 741p per share on 16 March 2015.

Following this purchase, Mr Harrison has a total beneficial interest in 26,956 ordinary shares being 0.19% of the issued share capital.
