Victoria PLC, (LSE: VCP) the international designers, manufacturers and distributors of floorcoverings, announces that it has been notified of certain Directors dealings.  Alexander Anton sold 50,000 ordinary shares on 10 March 2015 at a price of 791.6p and Andrew Harrison purchased 25,000 shares at 795.5p also on the 10 March 2015.  The resultant interests of these Directors in the issued share capital of Victoria are shown below.
