Victoria PLC, (LSE: VCP) the international designers, manufacturers and distributors of innovative floorcoverings, is pleased to announce the appointment to the Board, of Terence Anthony Danks, the existing Company Secretary of the Company and Finance Director of Victoria Carpets Limited.

Mr Danks, aged 66, is, or has been in the previous 5 years, a director of the following registered companies:
