मुंबई, दि. १९ (प्रदिदिधी) : “मराठा आरक्षणात देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांचा अडथळा आहे.” या मनोज जरांगे पाटील यांचया ववधानात तथय आहे. काँग्ेस आघाडीचे सरकार असताना ततकालीन मुखयमंत्ी पृथवीराज चवहाण यांनी राणे आयोग वनयुकत करुन मराठा समाजाला आरक्षण वदले होते. पण तया आरक्षणाववरोधात फडणवीसांचया जवळचे लोकच कोटाटात गेले होते. मराठा आरक्षणप्रशनी कोटाटात बाजू मांडू नका, असे फडणवीस यांनीच सांवगतलयाचे आहेत. फडणवीस सरकार असतानाच महावधवकत्े आवितोष कुंभकोणी यांनीही वववधमंडळात मराठा आरक्षणाचा ठरावही पास जाहीरपणे सांवगतले होते, फडणवीसांचे करणयात आला होता, पण नंतर ते कोटाटात वटकू आहेत असा ववशवास देखील या मुससलम मवहला वनकटवततीय गुणरतन सदावतते हे ही िकले नाही. सरकार जो वनणटाय घेईल तयाला भवगनींनी बोलून दाखवला. यावेळी मनसेचया आरक्षणाववरोधात कोटाटात गेले होते. तयामुळे ववरोधी पक्षांचा पावठंबा आहे. हे ववरोधी पक्षांनी िवफया सययद,सलमा िेख,मुजावहदा िेख,बेबी आरक्षणप्रशनी उपमुखयमंत्ी देवेंद्र फडणवीस सपष्ट केलेले असतानाही विंदे सरकार िेख,सुमैयया िेख,अनसारी आज जे बोलले ते साफ खोटे आहे, असे ववरोधकांवरच आरोप करत आहे हे चुकीचे सययद,रेिमा सययद आवण मवहला वगटा महाराष्ट्र प्रदेि काँग्ेस कवमटीचे अधयक्ष नाना आहे. लाडकी बहीण योजना ही सरकारला पटोले महणाले. वनवडणुकीचया तोंडावर आठवलेली आहे. दोन वटळक भवन येथे पत्कारांिी बोलताना वषटा तयांना बहीण आठवली नाही, फकत नाना पटोले महणाले की, आरक्षणाचा प्रशन उद्ोगपती व कंत्ाटदार आठवत होते. पण वचघळवत ठेवून सत्ा भोगायची या वरिवटिांचया लोकसभेला जनतेने धकका वदलयाने तयांना प्रमाणपत् नसेल तर सदवनकेचा ताबा ‘फोडा व राजय करा’ वनतीने भाजप काम करत बहीण आठवली. मतं वदली नाहीत तर योजनेचे घेणयापूवती सदर प्रमाणपत् अजटादारास सादर आहे. फडणवीस सरकारने गायकवाड आयोग पैसे परत घेऊ अिा धमकया देत आहेत. करावे लागणार आहे. प्रधानमंत्ी आवास नेमला होता, तयावर सुप्रीम कोटाटाने तािेरे मारले सत्ेततील हे लोक सावत् व कपटी भाऊ आहेत. योजना (िहरी) अंतगटात उपलबध घरांसाठी अजटा करणयाकररता योजनेचया पोट्टलवर नोंदणी करणे गरजेचे आहे. नोंदणी नसलयास ववजेतया अजटादारास सोडत पशचात नोंदणी महाडा करून देणार आहे. या योजनेचा लाभ घेणयासाठी अजटादाराचे वावषटाक कौटछुंवबक उतपनन सहा लाख रुपयांपेक्षा कमी असावे तसेच पती-पतनी यांचया नावे देिात कुठेही पकके घर नसणे गरजेचे असलयाचे गायकवाड यांनी सांवगतले.

मुंबई, दि. १९ (प्रदिदिधी) : महाडा मुंबई सवतःसह पती/पतनीचे आधार व पॅन काड्ट रुपयांपेक्षा कमी असावे तसेच पती-पतनी मंडळाचया २०३० सदवनकांचया ववक्रीसाठी आयोवजत अपलोड करून ते वलंक करणे आवशयक यांचया नावे देिात कुठेही पकके घर नसणे ऑनलाइन संगणकीय सोडतीकररता अजटा करणयासाठी आहे. यामुळे महाडाला पडताळणी केलेली गरजेचे असलयाचे गायकवाड यांनी https://housing.mhada.gov.in या अवधकृत कागदपत्े वमळणार आहेत. अजटादाराने वद. सांवगतले. संकेतसथळाचा व MHADA HOUSING ०१ जानेवारी २०१८ रोजी नंतर जारी आयकर खातयाला Two step LOTTERY SYSTEM या अॅपचाच वापर करावा, केलेले व बार कोड असलेले महाराष्ट्र verification लावलेले असेल तर ते अजटा असे आवाहन मुंबई मंडळातफफे सोमवारी आयोवजत लाईवह राजयाचे अवधवास प्रमाणपत् अपलोड करणे प्रवक्रया होईपययंत काढून टाकणयाचे वेवबनारमधये करणयात आले. आवशयक असलयाचे बोडके यांनी सांवगतले. आवाहन गायकवाड यांनी केले.अजटादाराने मुंबईतील ववववध गृहवनमाटाण प्रकलपांतील २०३० गायकवाड महणाले की, अजटा भरतेवेळी एकूण उतपनन नमूद करताना आयकर सदवनकांचया ववक्रीसाठी वद.०९ ऑगसट २०२४ पासून वववावहत अजटादारांनी वववहत वठकाणी वववरण पत्ातील एकूण उतपनन रककम महाडाचे संकेतसथळ https://housing.mhada.gov. वववावहत महणूनच नमूद करणे गरजेचे नमूद करणयाची सूचना श्ी. गायकवाड in व मोबाइल ॲपद्ारे ऑनलाईन अजटा नोंदणी व अजटा असून तसे न केलयास व वनदिटानास यांनी केली. महाडाचया संकेतसथळावर सवीकृती प्रवक्रयेला प्रारंभ झाला आहे. महाडाचया ऑनलाईन आलयास सोडतीत ववजेती सदवनका उपलबध असलेली मावहतीपुससतका संगणकीय सोडतीसाठी अजटादारांना अवधक सुलभतेने अजटा नाकारणयात येऊ िकते. घटसफोटीत बारकाईने वाचणयाचे आवाहनही तयांनी सादर करता यावा, याबाबत मागटादिटानासाठी व इच्छुक अजटादारांना सदवनका ताबयात देतेवेळी वडक्री केले. महाडाचया https://housing. अजटादारांचया िंका वनरसनासाठी महाडा मुंबई मंडळातफफे सादर करावी लागणार आहे. अनुसूवचत mhada.gov.in काही नेहमी आज आयोवजत ऑनलाइन वेवबनार उतसाहात पार पडला. जाती, अनुसूवचत जमाती, ववमुकत जाती, ववचारलया जाणाऱया प्रशनांची या वेवबनारमधये 'महाडा'चे उपमुखय कायटाकारी अवधकारी भटकया जमाती या प्रवगाटातील अजटादारांनी उत्रे टाकली आहेत, अवलोकन श्ी. अवनल वानखडे, मुंबई मंडळाचे उपमुखय अवधकारी जात प्रमाणपत् व जात वैधता प्रमाणपत् करणयाचे आवाहन गायकवाड (पणन) राजेंद्र गायकवाड,मुखय मावहती व संचार तंत्ज्ान सादर करणे गरजेचे आहे. जात वैधता यांनी केले. अवधकारी सववता बोडके, मावहती व संचार तंत्ज्ान अवधकारी संदीप बोदेले यांनी सोडत अजटा प्रवक्रयेववषयी मावहती वदली व इच्छुक अजटादारांचया प्रशनांना उत्रे वदली. यावेळी बोडके महणालया की,महाडाचया राजयातील गृहवनमाटाण प्रकलपातील सदवनकांचया ववक्रीकररता IHLMS २.० ही नूतन संगणकीय सोडत प्रणाली तयार करणयात आली आहे. सदवनकेसाठी अजटा करणयापासून ते ताबा वमळेपययंतची संपूणटा प्रवक्रया ऑनलाईन आहे. अतयाधुवनक तंत्ज्ानानेयुकत ही सोडत प्रवक्रया मानवी हसतक्षेपववरहीत असून सोडत आज्ावली अवधक पारदिटाक, सुलभ आवण सुरवक्षत आहे. यावेळी बोडके यांनी अजटा नोंदणी,अजटा सवीकृती,अनामत रकमेचा भरणा करणे या प्रवक्रयेबाबत सादरीकरणासह मावहती वदली.अजटा नोंदणी करताना इच्छुक अजटादाराचा मोबाइल नंबर आधारिी वलंक असणे गरजेचे आहे.नोंदणी करतेवेळी अजटादाराला digilocker या अॅपमधये
