Changes due to: Returned lent shares and settlement of acquired shares För att möjliggöra settlement av den riktade emissionen som beslutades om av Vicore Pharma Holding AB (publ), 556680-3804, den 2 juli 2020 på ett tidseffektivt sätt ställde HealthCap VII L.P. ut ett aktielån, vilket HealthCap VII L.P. flaggade ned för den 6 juli 2020. Denna flaggning avser det faktum att HealthCap VII L.P. nu fått de utlånade aktierna återlevererade samt erhållit förvärvade aktier från den riktade emissionen och därmed passerar gränserna 15%, 20% och 25 %.
