(TSX-V:GEM, FSE: BK2N (WKN: A2DNV4) announces that it has granted stock options to its directors, officers and consultants in the aggregate amount of 1,000,000 common shares, exercisable at $0.20 for five years. The option agreements are granted according to the Company’s stock option plan.
