VIB Vermögen AG successfully places capital increase with a volume of EUR 53.4m
VIB Vermögen AG / Capital Increase

Neuburg / Donau, 3rd April 2007 – The VIB Vermögen has successfully placed
its capital increase. Within the scope of a private placement, the real
estate company offered a total of 4,896,000 new bearer shares for
subscription at an issue price of EUR 10.90 per share. Through the
transaction, the gross issuing proceeds amount to around EUR 53.4m, which
are to be used for further high-yield investments. The greater part of the
capital increase was subscribed to by existing shareholders who exercised
their subscription right, at a rate of 5:2. Further strategic investors
received a scaled down allotment, as the capital increase was
oversubscribed by more than 80%.
Through the issue of the new shares, the share capital of the VIB Vermögen
AG increases from EUR 12,188,000 to EUR 17,084,000. Following the entry of
the capital increase in the Commercial Register and after booking has taken
place with the Clearstream Banking AG, it is expected that the new shares
with the securities identification code VIHJ (securities identification
number A0H52R, ISIN DE000A0H52R0) will be included for trading in the Open
Market (M:access) of the Munich Stock Exchange from the middle of April
2007. Due to the entitlement to dividend from 1st January 2007, the new
shares will continue to be traded under the stated securities
identification number until the end of the General Meeting on 26th July
2007. Following the General Meeting, all outstanding shares will again be
listed under the uniform code VIH (securities identification number 245751,
ISIN DE0002457512).

Profile of the VIB Vermögen AG

into a public company in the year 2000. Since then the company has
developed its core competency in the fields of acquisition and
administration of its own real estate and of investing in companies with

The real estate portfolio of the VIB Group – not including the real estate
of the BBI AG – comprises more than 30 different properties including both
an industrial plant and an industrial estate in Neuburg/Donau, a commercial
park in Günzburg and the DonauCityCenter in Ingolstadt. The logistics real
estate parcel that was acquired in November 2006 and a retail and services
