This Form 3 is being filed jointly by Canada Pension Plan Investment Board ("CPPIB") and CPPIB-PH(4)I. CPPIB-PH(4)I is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CPPIB, thus CPPIB is an indirect beneficial owner of the Common Stock held by CPPIB-PH(4)I.
