Issue of Equity

The Company announces that application has been made for 119,000 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"), pursuant to the exercise of options.  It is expected that Admission will occur at 8.00 am on 26 February 2016.

Following Admission the Company will have 28,427,164 shares in issued, 456,000 of which are held in Treasury.  Therefore the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company is 27,971,164.  The figure of 27,971,164 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
