Issue of Equity

Application has been made for the admission to trading of 40,000 new ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as a result of the exercise of options. It is anticipated that the new Ordinary Shares will be admitted to trading on 4 March 2015. 

Following the above issue, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Ordinary Shares held in treasury) will be 27,852,164.  The Company holds 456,000 Ordinary Shares as treasury shares.

The above figure of 27,852,164 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
