HMRC R&D tax refund

As previously notified on 2nd May 2023, the Company applied to HMRC for a tax refund in respect of R&D losses incurred in FY 2021 and FY 2022 and is pleased to confirm that the Group has now received a refund amounting to £924,774 from HMRC. The money will be used to strengthen the balance sheet, support further development opportunities as well as to facilitate the Board's ambition to return to paying a dividend to the Company's shareholders.
