Vianet Group plc (AIM: VNET), the international provider of actionable data and business insight through our ecosystem of connected hardware devices, management software platforms, and smart insights portal, announces that it has been notified that Stella Panu, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 75,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 70.5 pence per ordinary share on 10 November 2023.

Following this purchase, Stella Panu is interested in 250,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.85 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
