The Company has been notified by James Dickson, Chairman of the Company, that on 1 July 2016 his pension fund purchased 5,000 ordinary shares at a price of 95p per share.

Following this transaction, James Dickson's total holding (including those in his wife's name) is 4,673,420 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 16.71% of its issued share capital.
