The Company was notified on 10th June 2015 by Mark Foster, CFO of Vianet Group plc, that he has exercised share options over 150,000 existing ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") held in the Company EBT, at 67.2p per  Ordinary Share. Following this exercise of options, Mark has an interest in 228,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.82% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
