Director's Shareholding

The Company was notified on 19th February 2014 by James Dickson, Executive Chairman of Vianet Group plc, that his pension fund purchased 39,000 ordinary shares at 60.25p each and 36,105 ordinary shares at 70p each, on 17th and 19th February 2014 respectively, taking his total voting interests to 4,390,284 ordinary shares representing 15.79% of the total share capital with voting rights of the Company.
