On February 1, 2016 Spark Energy, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing certain preliminary 2015 earnings information, and that it will hold a conference call on March 29, 2016 to discuss its financial results (the "Press Release"). The Press Release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and is incorporated by reference herein.
