Change of Alternative Investment Fund Manager

The Company is pleased to announce that Victory Hill Capital Partners LLP ("Victory Hill") has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority to act as an Alternative Investment Fund Manager ("AIFM"). The Board today announces that Victory Hill has been appointed as the Company's new AIFM, replacing G10 Capital Limited ("G10") effective immediately. The existing investment advisory agreement between the Company and Victory Hill has been terminated simultaneously.

The Board does not expect there to be any material change in the quantum of fees payable by the Company as a result of Victory Hill's appointment as AIFM.

The Board would like to thank G10 for its services as AIFM over the period since IPO.
