Appointment of Company Secretary

Vesuvius plc, a global leader in metal flow engineering, is pleased to announce the appointment of Henry Knowles as Company Secretary. He also takes up the role of General Counsel of the group.

Henry was previously both Company Secretary and General Counsel of Hikma Pharmaceuticals PLC. Before joining Hikma, Henry worked for the international law firm, Ashurst. He is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales.
