13.04.2022 tarihli KAP açıklamamıza istinaden, Şirketimizin borçlanma aracı ihracına ilişkin olarak Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun tarih ve 2022/31 sayılı bülteninde onayı duyurulan ve tarafımıza bugün tebliğ edilen ihraç belgesi ve imzalı başvuru formu ekte kamuoyunun bilgisine sunulmaktadır.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

Pursuant to our material event disclosure dated 13.04.2022, Vestel Elektronik has been notified today that the Capital Markets Board had approved the Company's application to issue debt instruments. The approved issue document is presented in the attachment.
