25.02.2021 tarihli KAP açıklamamıza istinaden, Şirketimizin borçlanma aracı ihracına ilişkin olarak Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun 29.04.2021 tarih ve 2021/22 sayılı bülteninde onayı duyurulan ve tarafımıza 03.05.2021 tarihinde  tebliğ edilen ihraç belgesi ve imzalı başvuru formu ekte kamuoyunun bilgisine sunulmaktadır.

Pursuant to our material event disclosure dated 25.02.2021, Vestel Elektronik has been notified on May 3, 2021 that the Capital Markets Board had approved the Company's application to issue debt instruments. The approved issue document is presented in the attachment.
