25.05.2023 tarihli KAP açıklamamıza istinaden, Şirketimizin borçlanma aracı ihracına ilişkin olarak Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun 20.07.2023 tarih ve 40/842 sayılı kararı ile onaylanmış olan ihraç belgesi ve ihraç belgesi eki ile ihraca ilişkin başvuru formu ekte kamuoyunun bilgisine sunulmaktadır.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

Pursuant to our material event disclosure dated 25.05.2023, the Capital Markets Board ("CMB") approved our application for the issuance of debt instruments with its decision dated 20.07.2023 and numbered 40/842. The approved issuance certificate and its annex and the application form for the issuance are presented in the attachment.
