Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors has fixed Thursday, 23rd September 2021 as the cut-off date/ record date for the purpose of entitlement to avail the facility of remote e-voting before the Annual General Meeting or during the Annual General Meeting and the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Friday, 24th September 2021 to Thursday, 30th September 2021 (both days inclusive) for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.
