Update on Notice of Intention to Appoint Administrators ("NOIA")

Versarien plc (AIM: VRS), the advanced engineering materials group, provides a further update on its intention to appoint administrators.

Following the announcement on 11 December 2025, the Company can confirm that a second NOIA appointing Leonard Curtis has today been filed in the High Court of Justice to protect the Company against any creditor enforcement action for a further period of 10 working days to 6 January 2026. During this time Leonard Curtis will continue to work towards concluding a transaction. 

The Company will make further announcements in due course as appropriate.
