Settlement of Legal Claims

Versarien plc (AIM: VRS), the advanced engineering materials group, announces further to the Company's announcements on 7 February 2024, 18 July 2024, 21 November 2024 and 2 May 2025, that all claims against the Company and its directors made by Neill Ricketts, a former director of the Company, have been settled following mutual agreement, for an undisclosed sum, being reached between the Parties, without any admission of liability by the Company or any of its directors. This is a full and final settlement of all claims made against the Company and its directors by Mr Ricketts.
